I was wrong in my analysis of the Bible clues and other factors.  The Rapture did not occur on the 11th of April, as I had anticipated and published.  (My apologies to any and all that got their hopes up based upon my writings.)

Does that mean that somehow God’s Word is wrong?  No!

And, as I wrote back then, another author has a slightly different formula.  His is based upon the idea that God’s harvest of saints from this world will occur at the Feast of the First Harvest, otherwise known as Pentecost.  That makes sense.

But, it does not stop there.  As I wrote before, there are three different numbers of days that are shown in the Bible as transpiring just prior to the great event that we call The Rapture.  The final number (1,335 days) is exactly the number of days between the Feast of Trumpets (29 Sep 2008) and the upcoming Pentecost.  (And, I think that it is no mere coincidence that, this year, Pentecost on the Hebrew calendar comes on the same date as it does on the Orthodox Christian calendar.)

Several writers have recently published comments that the “Mark of the Beast” economic system is already in operation on Earth.  That is associated with “the patience of the saints”.  (see Revelation 14:9:12)

The Bible makes clear that, in the End Times, many people (even those that call themselves Christians) will scoff because the predicted events have not occurred by this date or that date.  By the grace of God, I have not received much scoffing so far.

And, so far, no one has called for me to be publicly stoned to death.  That is the punishment for one that calls himself a prophet, and makes a prediction by saying, “Thus says the Lord,” and then that prediction does not come true.

I would simply remind people that:  a) I have never claimed to be a prophet, and  b) I did not say that “God told me” any part of my prediction.  I plainly laid out the clues from both the Bible and from history, and said that this is where the evidence points.  Apparently, I misread the clues, and/or my math was wrong regarding the number of days.  Regardless of my error, God’s Word is still true.  Only my interpretation of it faltered.

Considering that two different authors, using different methods, missed each other’s predicted dates by only 45 days across the six-thousand-year span of human history, I dare say that we should continue to “Look up, for your redemption draws near.”

Again, for those that have not read my previous writings on this topic, the Rapture and the Return are two separate events.  No man knows the hour nor the day when Jesus will return.  But, when He returns, then His feet will land upon the Mount of Olives.  And, if he is standing upon the Mount of Olives, then there is no need to “meet him in the air”, as predicted in 1st Thessalonians 4.  Therefore, the Rapture occurs before the Return, and we can know its date.

And, regardless of exactly when that date is, I’m sure that it will be soon.

The problem is that – despite 30 observations of Asteroid 2012 EG5, and 3 days of calculations by NASA — there is still a high degree of uncertainty about the miss distance.  (The “condition code” is 8 on a scale of 9.  The higher the code number, the more uncertain the findings are.)

The currently-estimated miss distance is approximately 139,000 miles.  At an inbound speed of slightly less than the ”escape velocity” of a man-made spacecraft, there is about a seven-hour window between miss and hit.

Perhaps this asteroid threat will get people’s attention regarding their relationship with God.  And, as the saying goes, not a day too soon.  Ten days later is my calculated date for the wedding feast of the Messiah, otherwise known as “The Rapture”.  The 1st of April also coincides with the 1st of Nisan — the first month on the Hebrew religious calendar.  Hebrew tradition is that God spoke to Moses from the burning bush on the 1st of Nisan.

This year, on the 1st of Nisan/April, will He speak to the entire world through a burning rock in the sky?

Is it a mere “coincidence” that the 1st of Nisan (Jewish calendar) and the 1st of April (Christian calendar) ”coincide” this year, during this event?  Is it a mere “coincidence” that Abraham was born on the 1st of Nisan in the Hebrew year 1948, and the nation of Israel was re-born in the Christian year 1948?

There is a joke circulating the Internet about the atheist that files a lawsuit, because he has no holiday.  The judge, being knowledgable of the Holy Bible, dismisses the lawsuit.  He explains to the atheist that he does, in fact, have a holiday.  Citing Psalm 14:1, and its identical verse at Psalm 53:1, the judge explains, “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God’.”  Therefore, your holiday is April 1st — “April Fools Day”.

But, this report is no joke.

Just as it has been with my ‘helpful’ automatic car, I had to endure similar struggles with my ‘helpful’ automatic camera.  And, it was cold outside; thus, my hands were a little shaky.  (Given that I had the zoom lens on about 5x power, and it is a night-sky shot, with no tripod, I’m not too shaky.  Bad guys beware….)

As the sun is going down.

Dusk.

Twilight.

Night.

It is being sold to the citizens of India as a way to “fight corruption”.  They are also being told that they will have “easier access to the welfare state”.  And, they are lining up at the rate of one million per day.  (And, with a population of 1.2-billion, at this rate it will still take more than three years to register everyone.)  To me, the amazing part is the compliant looks on everyone’s faces as they stand in line.

Many educated preachers have scoffed at my research about the Bible’s clues to the timetable of God’s plans for the Tribulation.  But, none of them have proven me wrong.  (Their arguments are usually based upon an over-interpretation of only one verse in the Holy Bible.)  And, not one event has occurred since my book was published to prove the book wrong.  And, if it is true that the Rapture will take place in less than two months, then the forces of evil must begin early to implement their evil schemes in order to be on schedule for the government of The Anti-Christ.

If it is true that the Indian use of an all-biometric welfare system is, indeed, the first step in a global Mark of the Beast, then it begs the question:  why India?

For one thing, India has an ancient history of belief in multiple gods.  But, in contrast, the longest missionary journey of any of the Apostles ended in southern India.  The Apostle Thomas — the same one that put his finger into Jesus’ scars from the nails and the spear — ended up in Madras, India.  So, in trying to undo the work of Jesus, it makes perverse sense that The Enemy would start in the place where a human that touched Jesus’ body would try to touch the bodies of people to turn them away from Jesus.

Mark of the Beast starting in India

Chennai (formerly known as Madras) is the second-largest port in India.  It is also the second-largest exporter of information technology in India.  And, it is home of the Tamil film industry — yes, the second-largest film industry in India.  Are all of these “second-largest” things mere coincidence?  If you read the 14th chapter of the Book of Isaiah, you will read what is known among Bible students as “the ranting of Satan”.  There, he declares his intention:  “I will be like the Most High God”.  Note the precise language.  Even in his rebellion, he knows that he cannot be God.  So, he settles for being like Him.  In other words, early on, Satan chose second-best.  And, in the end, Hell will be “the second-best place that you can be”.  By the way, India has the second-largest national population on Earth.  Do you see a pattern here?

Because the historic Christians of India claim their roots all the way back to the Apostle Thomas, if the enemy of our souls can succeed there, then he gains a large foothold.  The population of India is approximately one-seventh of the population of Earth.  One in seven; another Biblical concept.

People can scoff if they want.  But, when so many elements of Bible prophecy are being fulfilled all around us, perhaps the scoffers should reconsider.  As I’ve written repeatedly, the Bible says that no man can know when Jesus returns (sets foot on Earth again).  But, the event known as The Rapture (the calling away of the saints “to meet the Lord in the air”) is a totally separate event.  We cannot meet the Lord in the air if He is on the ground.  And, if He is not on the ground, then He has not yet returned.  It’s simple logic.

The Mark of the Beast will be the economic system of the global reign of The Anti-Christ.  That reign begins at the midpoint of the seven-year Tribulation.  My book, “Tribulation:  2008“, explains that the Tribulaiton began on the 29th of September, 2008 (the Feast of Trumpets on the Hebrew calendar).  Hello:  that was almost three-and-a-half years ago!

So, if the Mark of the Beast system begins to be used on a global scale at the halfway point of The Tribulation (that halfway point being the 20th of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar, or 11 April 2012), then it only makes sense that the Mark system must already be in place prior to that date.

Does that change your perspective about whether the system in India could be (or quickly become) the Mark of the Beast?  And, if it did, then does that change your perspective about whether we are already in the first half of The Tribulation?

Itamar Marcus, founder and president of Palestinian Media Watch, was the first presenter.  He showed clips from the official TV channel of the Palestinian Authority, and from Gaza newspapers, along with translations from the Arabic.  The clips proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that the government of so-called “Palestine” has absolutely no intentions of any type of real peace with Israel.  In fact, the clips showed repeated comments by high-level PA officials — secular and religious — that they intend to kill Jews “until Resurrection Day”.  On every anniversary of Yasser Arafat’s death, the TV channel shows interviews with Arabs, including children, that proclaim that Arafat was “poisoned by the Jews”.  Muslim leaders try to beef-up their claims of historical territory by teaching Arab followers that Jesus was “the first Palestinian martyr” of Jewish occupation.  To the Jews, this is an insult.  To the Christians, this is blasphemy.  To any logical person, this is foolishness.  But, to an Arab seeking an excuse to commit ribat — a religious war of “liberation” against a non-Muslim country — this is music to itching ears.  The most astounding fact presented was that 68 percent of “Palestinians” and even 20 percent of Israeli Arabs support “suicide bombing against civilians to defend Islam”.  When one considers that a larger percentage of Arabs living in Israel are of the Christian faith than in other Arab countries, then that means that a higher percentage of Arab Muslims living within Israel support war against their own home.  This is the level of Jew-hatred that fuels Middle Eastern geopolitics.  Late last year, the “Palestinians” launched a new propaganda angle that claims the Jews are “worse than Nazis” and that the refugee camps run by Israel are “worse than Auschwitz”.  (The historic reality, though, is that those camp residents were rejected by their own countries in order to create a refugee burden upon Israel.  It is a bayonet-pointed version of the Cloward-Piven strategy used by the political Left to bankrupt the United States economy.)

Joseph Farah, founder and publisher of WND (originally called WorldNetDaily) was the next presenter.  (Note:  my first online news report was published by WND, and it was about a speech at the NRB convention eight years ago.)  Farah is widely regarded as the man that spearheaded the change from Old Media to the New Media, as documented in his book “Stop The Presses” (see below).  He coined the phrase “Lamestream News Media” in response to their self-description as “mainstream” (with its implication that WND was somehow “fringe”).  Their assertion has backfired, as proven by one newspaper after another either downsizing or going out of business.  Farah is a Christian American of Arabic heritage, and he understands that language.  He explained that there is no such thing as a distinct “Palestinian” language, culture, homeland, nor even food.  “They eat the same foods I eat,” he quipped.  He explained that “The mythology of an ‘eternal Palestine’ was begun in 1964 by Yasser Arafat.”  Ironically, Farah continued to explain, Arabs were attracted to life in Israel by the freedom and prosperity that exists within Israel.  And, by contrast, “Palestine” exists as a state built upon “a core concept of racism and ethnic cleansing”.

Dr. Robert Friedmann, founding director of the Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange, was the next presenter.  He picked up on the propaganda theme by Mr. Marcus, and asked how we would feel if there were streets in America that were named after Ted Bundy or Charles Manson.  In the so-called state of “Palestine”, there are streets, public office buildings, and even elementary schools that are named after people whose only claim to fame is that they killed Jews.  The largest number of such facilities is named after Dalal Mughrabi, a woman that committed the most deadly suicide bombing inside Israel.  She killed 37 civilians, 12 of them children, on a bus.  Her degree of “honor” in the land of the “Palestinians” is directly proportional to the number of Jews that she killed.  Dr. Friedmann opined that the “Palestinian” methods and propaganda are actually “worse than the Nazis”, because the “Palestinians” are so proud of what they do.  By contrast, in the final days of the Third Reich, as the Allied armies were advancing toward Berlin, the leaders of the Nazis were burning documents as fast as possible — because they knew that what they had done was wrong.

Chuck Bates, vice-president of IRNUSA-News, was the next presenter.  (Note:  in 1993, while I was a part-time news stringer for a Christian radio network, one of my local stories was picked up by USA Radio News, before their merger with IRN.  The story was later picked up by 60 Minutes.  It was about a corrupt NY State Trooper that tried to become a CIA assassin.  A dozen years later, I walked away from a network talk-radio show that had grown to 51 stations nationwide.)  Mister Bates explained that even the best journalists cannot be totally objective, because we are all human and thus have biases and opinions.  In the case of news reports from the Middle East, there can be heavy “spin” from all sides.  That makes sorting out the facts more difficult.  The sorting is made even more difficult by the intentional obfuscation of the truth, such as when “Palestinians” promise peace while delivering death.  But, the evidence shown by the other presenters is as factual as possible — showing the Muslims in their own words and pictures.  He warned that the facts are becoming even further blurred by a new movement called “Chrislam“, which is being promoted by even some formerly mainstream churches and denominations.  Mister Bates summed up his presentation by saying, “Sadly, the loser in this [obfuscation of facts] is not only ideology, but it actually ends up being lives.”

Pastor Reza Safa, who grew up in Iran as a radical Shiite Muslim, was the next presenter.  He emphasized that, ultimately, secular government policies are not the solution to Middle East strife; and, thus, they are not the main key to the protection of Israel.  He said that only trust in God can provide the ultimate security that is needed.  Pastor Safa warned that a major war is soon coming.  But, while listeners expected to hear details about a possible Iranian nuclear strike against Israel, he stunned the audience by saying that a war is brewing between the Shia and Sunni branches of Islam.  Nonetheless, there is hope, because the truth of the hard-core application of Islamic law inside Iran has driven tens of thousands of Muslims into the arms of Jesus.  “What the church couldn’t do in 1,500 years in Iran, the regime of the Ayatollahs has done in 30 years.  They have broken the back of Islam.”  As a result of this shift, though, the Iranian government has increased its oppression of Christians.  As only one example of Iranian persecution, 90 of the house churches affiliated with Reza Safa Ministries have been shut down.

Rabbi Gerald Meister was the final presenter.  He is a renowned academic and theologian, who recently retired from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he advised the government of Israel on relations with Christianity.  He has a degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, among others, and has taught at several colleges and universities.  Some of those schools were Christian, including a Roman Catholic seminary.  In that post, he used to guide aspiring priests on tours of Israel.  He would take them to Golgotha, overlooking Jerusalem, and speak to them about “the crucifixion of the people of Israel”.  His analogy was that they spent “three years in the tomb, from 1945 until 1948, and then were resurrected”.  (Note:  in a recent edition of The Crossbow, I showed that God put his “signature” on the rebirth of Israel.  Abraham was born in the Year 1948 on the Hebrew calendar, and Israel was reborn in the Year 1948 on the Christian calendar.)    Rabbi Meister warned that there is an insidious threat to Israel from the philosophy known as “replacement theology” that has begun to flourish in some Christian circles.  (Note: in my book “Tribulation:  2008“, I warn against replacement theology, which tries to replace historic Israel with either “the ten Lost Tribes” [often presented as White Anglo-Saxon Protestants] or the modern Christian church.)  Rabbi Meister had so many insightful comments about Judeo-Christian relations that it is almost impossible to pick out one golden nugget.  Addressing the spiritual aspirations of believing Jews and Christians, and comparing them to the plans of an all-wise God, he said, “You can’t understand any of this [salvation], because faith begins where reason ends.”

During the Q&A session after the speeches, I asked Itamar Marcus about the meaning of the word “Hamas” in the Arabic language.  I already knew from research for “Tribulation:  2008″ that it means “violence” in the Hebrew language.  So, I was curious if it means the same in Arabic.  The answer stunned me.  It actually means nothing by itself.  However, it is an acronym that implies not merely a Muslim rule of the land claimed by the so-called “Palestinians”, but also a global Muslim domination.  So, even as the Lamestream News Media tells us about “peace” negotiations between Hamas and Israel, the very name “Hamas” tells the Muslim world that there can never be such peace.  It is the same type of “code language” that filled Obama’s speech in Cairo.  It is a penultimate example of taq’qiya — strategic deception to advance Islam.

Although all of the speakers had tight schedules, with multiple presentations and meetings at the NRB convention, they took time to mingle with the writers in the room.  Rabbi Meister agreed to a later contact about my research on coded Bible clues about petroleum deposits in Israel, as described in my e-book “On Wings of Eagles“.  And, I got a brief chat (and an autographed book) from one of my heroes and role models:  Joseph Farah.

Despite two decades of my own research into Bible prophecy and Israeli security, the PJTN press briefing provided me with fresh information and startling insights into the land and conflict that is at the epicenter of human history.

People have tried to ascribe "superhero" qualities to Obama. You decide....

Almost a year ago, I wrote in The Crossbow about the possibility that NCIS could possible stage a “handoff” from the main character (Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, portrayed by Mark Harmon) to another character.  The likely recipient of such a handoff would be Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo (portrayed by Michael Weatherly).  But, my analysis was that it was almost equally possible that Director Leon Vance (portrayed by Rocky Carrol) would guide the viewers through a post-Gibbs world.

After watching the recently-aired landmark 200th episode, though, I’m convinced that NCIS will exit in the same way as its precedant, JAG.  Both shows started off being virtually ignored by critics, but quickly rose to the top-ten ranks and consistently remained there.  (One likely explanation for the critics’ behavior is the conservative tone of both pro-military shows, plus the semi-frequent guest appearances in each show’s early years by real-life USMC Lt. Col. Oliver North.)  In the second half of the final season of JAG, the show became more introspective.  We learned much more about the personal lives of the characters in the final months than in all of the previous years combined — with the exception of lead character Harmon Raab’s pursuit of his MIA fighter-pilot father.

Now, the same is true of NCIS, especially in this recent episode.  We learn the real reason that Leroy’s mother, Ann Gibbs, left the family.  It might have been a headstrong and foolhardy reason, but it made sense from her end of the stick.  And, we learned why Gibbs is so attracted to redheads.  Not only was his only true love — first wife Shannon — a redhead, but so was mother Ann.  So, at some deeply primal level, the tough Gibbs has been trying to replace a missing block from his foundation by multiple romances with mysterious redheads that keep running off.  Hmmmmm… deep.  (Much deeper than most TV characters, for sure.)

But, what about the future?

The final two minutes of the 200th episode seem to point to a long and happy reign by Gibbs over his team and over the bad guys of the world.  He survives being shot at very close range, and then goes back to work with a sore shoulder.  (Depending upon the model of body armor, Gibbs could have suffered a broken clavicle from that shot.  But, his arm was not in a sling, and so we must presume only some blunt-trauma injury from a glancing impact by a bullet fired by the inexperienced teenage shooter.)  All is well, and the team rolls on.  Right?

But, interpreting that same set of facts in a different way, we see the possibility that Gibbs — who, even in a fictional world, is well over the mandatory retirement age for Federal agents — could later suffer complications that can force his retirement.  That would be a graceful way out for Gibbs, but what about the team?

The “what-ifs” of the 200th episode did not show Ziva David in a positive light.  But, my feeling remains that she and DiNozzo will become a couple.  On the other hand, she could end up in a situation involving her native Israel, and that could provide her escape from the series.  (Alas, it would also likely cut off the possibility of her reappearance later.)

The episode showed Tim McGee married to Abby Sciuto, which does seem like a possibility.  But, if that happens, then I don’t see either of them remaining with their crime-fighting careers.  They might shuffle off to a safe job working in different departments of a life-insurance company or something.

There is no telling what might happen to Dr. Donald “Ducky” Mallard, but his age does make retirement a plausible and pleasant escape.  Nonetheless, TV viewers worldwide would be the less for the lack of the acting talents of David McCallum.  However, I don’t imagine any sort of “AfterMASH” revival for this medical examiner.

My hypothesis will be proven if we suddenly see Dr. Mallard’s assistant, Jimmy Palmer (portrayed by the youthful-looking Brian Dietzen) branching out into other aspects of his role.  This was tried a few times in the past, most notably in his involvement with the alluring but mysterious Agent Lee, who turned out to be a coerced double-agent.  (Things like that happen in real life.  But, I can’t share the details….)  Of the bunch, Jimmy Palmer’s character has seen the least development.  (But, he’s still more three-dimensional than most on TV.)  If the executive producers, Donald Bellisario and Mark Harmon, live up to their reputations, then they will make sure that Brian Dietzen has some “red meat” scenes before the series ends, so that his acting career does not got out to pasture.

One actor that will have no lack of a career after NCIS is the sultry yet personable Cote` DePablo.  Have you heard that girl sing??  Wow!  Her voice is as smooth as her face is pretty.  She was already a recording artist before NCIS cast her as Ziva David.  So, regardless of where the show ends up, she will do fine.

Rocky Carroll has had a long list of supporting roles in his acting career.  His role as Director Vance is a complex one; and, it is quite plausible in terms of the tension between two old partners (Gibbs and Vance) when one of them becomes the big boss.  Both the script writers and the actors have mastered their craft, and have heavy doses of “the duck factor” in those scenes in Vance’s office.  (A duck looks calm above the water, even while his feet move furiously just inches below the water’s surface.  The duck factor is at work in every stare-down between Gibbs and Vance.)

My guess is that, at the end of this season, there will be some sort of major case that leads up to a traumatic incident and the dispersion/retirement of the NCIS cast.  They are at the top of their game, which is also how JAG went out.  (Years later, I still get a bit choked up when I think of that coin toss that ended the final JAG episode.  It was brilliant.)

Just as the 200th episode of NCIS reflected upon how Gibbs affected the lives of so many other characters on the show (for nine straight years!), there were “flashback” episodes on JAG during the second half of the final year.  The parallels are such that one cannot escape the possibility of finality.  Whether NCIS ends this coming May, or goes on for several more years, it has been a great run.

But, if they plan to end in May, then they are running out of time to hire me to write an episode or two!

Expeditions by founder Ron Wyatt have gone against centuries of “tradition” — while combining scientific inquiry with Bible clues — by finding such things as Egyptian chariot wheels at the bottom of the Red Sea, the remains of Noah’s Ark, and the real site of “the mountain of God“.

While at the museum, I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Rives.  He was elected president of Wyatt Archaeological Research after the death of Ron Wyatt in 1999.  Among other things, Rives hosts a series of three-minute videos that are shown on WorldNetDaily.  One of Rives’ recurring themes is that what passes for modern Christianity is actually filled with pagan practices that steer people away from Bible truths.  That has also been one of my recurring themes for years.

About a dozen sulfur balls can be seen in the display case. Next to them, a section of the ash formation with a sulfur ball encapsulated.

While at the museum, I was able to stand at a display case containing samples of the unique rocks that were embedded in a sandstone wall in the Rift Valley near the Dead Sea.  Some of these rocks were pure sulfur (brimstone).  Others were sulfur on the inside, but were encapsulated in calcium sulfate — which had formed around the sulfur as a result of a chemical change that was caused by intense burning.  Oddly, the heat from the burning sulfur caused the change that snuffed out the sulfur.  And, in so doing, hundreds (perhaps thousands) of balls of sulfur were preserved inside the chemically-changed ash of the very thing that the sulfur was burning.  And, in so doing, the historical record was preserved.  And, that historical record precisely matches the Bible account of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.

There is far more to the Wyatt team’s discovery of the correct locations of the destroyed “Cities of the Plain”.  (Previous expeditions have come close, but their discoveries did not match all of the details of the Bible account — including the locations.  Wyatt’s does.)  If you are too far away to travel to tiny Cornersville, Tennessee, then you can still get the information about this expedition in the video “Fervent Heat“.  The video shows the science behind what happened.  It is amazing … and deadly.  The last moments of the Sodomites were literally Hell on Earth.  (The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was probably the first instance of chemical warfare in the history of mankind.  And, knowing what society now knows about the occultic and perverted nature of the Nazis, one must wonder whether the gassing of Jews in concentration camps was Hitler’s idea of a counter-attack against God.  This idea is my own, and was not presented in the Wyatt material.)

But, wait, there’s more.

Fire and water

When the burning sulfur fell from the sky, it burned its way into walls of the city. There, the material chemically changed, snuffing out the sulfur and preserving the historical record.

The shape and texture of the encapsulation reminded me of something that I had seen on television several years prior.  What I saw was a scientific explanation of how the Great Flood got started.  There is a strange relationship between the destruction of every breathing creature by the water of the flood and the destruction of every occupant of those evil cities by fire that rained from the sky.

Many modern writers — sadly, including some that call themselves Christian pastors or theologians — have pooh-poohed the idea of the Bible account of a global Great Flood.  They claim that it was a localized event, but the story was then related as though it were global because “that was all the world that they knew”.  Some claim that the Earth was flatter before the Flood, and that high mountain ranges such as the Rockies and the Himalayas did not exist pre-Flood.  (And, thus, there could not have been water to the depth of 25,000 feet above normal sea level to cover Mount Everest.)  Others claim that it would be impossible for every species of animal to have gotten into Noah’s Ark.  Not only do those writers ignore Jesus’ words that, “With God, all things are possible,” but they even ignore scientific principles and evidence.  They also overlook the simple rules of logical analysis regarding the story in the Holy Bible.

The explanation that I saw on television years ago, from the video series Ancient Secrets of the Bible, showed a computer-generated graphic analysis that made perfect sense.  God caused volcanic activity that “broke open the storehouses of the deep”, spewing geysers miles into the sky — simultaneously, in various parts of the world.  The Holy Bible specifies that, prior to the Great Flood, “the earth was watered with dew”.  For that to occur overnight — every single night, for hundreds of years — the weather conditions must have been both stable and mild.  In other words, originally, mankind lived in perfect weather — just as it had been in the Garden of Eden.

But, as the evil deeds of mankind grew more intense, then God decided to “tip the balance” of Earth.  (Have you ever wondered why maps — even ancient ones — all show the geographic poles in the same place; but, the Earth’s magnetic poles are in a different place?)  A stable weather pattern, with no change of seasons, is impossible in Earth’s current “wobbly” orbit around the Sun.  But, before the Great Flood, the orbit was stable, and thus the geographic and magnetic poles were co-located at that time.  Something knocked the Earth out of that stable orbit, and that something produced a domino effect of changes.

Oddly, scientists have no problem in claiming that an asteroid impact contained enough power to pulverize the ground and thus spew thousands of tons of dust into the sky — enough to produce a “global winter” that eventually ”killed off the dinosaurs”.  But, many of those same scientists pooh-pooh the idea that those same forces could do the same thing with water, thus producing a global cloud that caused the world’s first rainfall.  As one famous fictional scientist used to say, “That is most illogical.”

Less than one year ago, scientists determined that a single earthquake in Japan moved the Earth’s axis by four inches.  If that can happen from known forces inside the Earth, then how much more could the axis be moved by an angular blow from outside the Earth?  Again, this is simple logic.  No fancy science degree needed to understand the concept.  Which can move a soccer ball farther:  an air leak, or a kick from your foot?

Let’s look at another analogy:  popping a pimple.  How do you make the pus pop out of a pimple?  By pushing in on it.  God used an asteroid impact to push in on the Earth’s surface, thus producing massive underground pressures, which relieved themselves by means of geysers spewing water tens of thousands of feet up into the atmosphere.  When the superheated water reached the supercooled air of the upper atmosphere, it produced the world’s first clouds.  Those clouds first spread out around the globe.  (A law of physics is that things move from high concentration to low concentration.  Therefore, before the clouds could produce rain, they had to reach a saturation point.  Without the forces of air currents, produced by our present “wobbly” orbit, the clouds would have continued dissipating until there was nowhere left for the water to go but back down to the ground as rainfall.  Thus, the world’s first rainfall must have been global.)

Some creationist scientists even say that the spread of the water around the world could have reached supersonic speeds!  Impossible, you say?  Wrong.  Tsunamis have been clocked at supersonic speeds, and that is a wall of water moving against water in the ocean.  So, imagine how much faster tiny droplets of water — propelled by volcanic pressure — could move against the thin air of the upper atmosphere.  Another example is the rapid movement of air and water vapor out of the “rarefaction zone” that surrounds a nuclear detonation.  This movement is so fast (approx.Mach-2 plus) that it creates an enormous vacuum.  When air rushes in to fill the vacuum, the “return wave” is almost as poiwerful as the original shock wave that went out from the blast.  So, again, the idea of a cloud of water vapor moving at supersonic speed is not unheard of.

Above is a diagram from a US Government site, touting the so-called “Greenhouse Effect”.  The so-called “scientists” that got onboard with this scam while Al Gore was vice-president (and thus able to push for government grants and expenditures) want the populace to believe that the Earth can somehow become “encapsulated” by a thick cloud of man-made air pollution.  That cloud, purportedly, can let in the sunlight and hold in the radiant heat that rises from Earth’s suface, thus producing so-called “global warming”.  (Remember, back in the early 1970s, when the same government-backed scientists were saying that the same man-caused cloud would block the sunlight and produce “global cooling”??)  Yet, those same scientists do not want the populace to believe that an all-powerful God can do the same thing with water and produce global rain.

Go figure.

Sometimes, it truly amazes me that God allows us humans to continue to exist at all.  The collective “we” seems determined to mock Him at so many opportunities.  Modern “science” has elevated man to the point of being able to change the long-term weather patterns, but refuses to believe that those same weather patterns were already changed thousands of years ago by a Great Flood that was caused by an all-knowing and all-powerful God.  And, why don’t they want people to believe that God did such a thing?

That’s simple:  sin.  You see, in both cases — the watery destruction of living creatures around the world, and the fiery destruction of perverted people in the Plain of Zoar — the cause was God’s wrath against sin.  If people begin to believe the science of the Great Flood, and of the fiery destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, then people would also need to believe that God rules over the entire universe.  And, there are people that hate God so much that they refuse to share their little universe with Him.

Which should you believe: the sulfur of Sodom, or the greenhouse of Gore?

Of course, God is not mocked.  And, He has a sense of humor.  So, when He created all of the chemical elements, and how they go together, He did so in a way that the chemical reaction of a burning rock of sulfur slamming into a stone wall would produce the same shape as the diagram of a claim that man can alter Earth’s atmosphere.  God laughs at the proud.  He used a chunk of burning rock as part of a cosmic laugh at the Al Gore crowd, while using that same rock as proof of His own existence and power.

And, that is a rock-solid lesson from the Holy Bible.

The fact that Flight 93 was shot down does not in any way diminish the heroism of the passengers that tried to save the day.

In fact, several years ago, I got an e-mail from a family member of one of the crash victims.  He had read my five-part investigative series about Flight 93. He said that he had read all of the various scenarios and “theories”, and that mine was the only one that made sense. He thanked me for giving him a sense of closure.

If ever there was any doubt as to which side Barack Obama is on, this news should remove that doubt.  It is not the side of the United States of America.

A report today from Homeland Security Newswire says that British military sources have revealed two facts not widely publicized by the Lamestream News Media.  The first is that America’s recent campaign of military drone strikes has been quite successful against al-Qaeda cells in Pakistan.  The second fact is that the remaining terrorist leadership in Pakistan is now moving to North Africa.

Wait.  Didn’t we “liberate” countries in North Africa?

Precisely as The Crossbow predicted almost a year ago, the actions of Obama have actually helped al-Qaeda and its parent Muslim Brotherhood.

And, during that same time that he has been helping our enemies in the Middle East, Obama has been weakening domestic security in the United States by supporting the “Occupy” movement nationwide.  Again, this was predicted by The Crossbow several months before Occupy Wall Street first hit the streets of New York City.

When a person hurts American secuity at home, and simultaneously aids our enemies overseas, that is a double example of treason, which is punishable by death.  Yet, not only do none of the “leaders” of the Big Two political parties in either house of Congress say a word about this, but neither do the limp-wristed candidates of the Republican Party that hopes to somehow beat Obama in the November election.  (One must consider the question of whether doing nothing in the face of treason constitutes being an “accessory after the fact”.  Under the rules of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which I used to help enforce, it does.  Every member of Congress — especially any that ever served in the military — should know that.)

Obama is playing some weird “shell game” with our Middle Eastern foreign policy.  He deployed our troops to oust a leader (Qaddafi, a former ally of the USA) that was cooperating with British Intelligence to keep al-Qaeda out of North Africa.  He was apparently doing this, in part, to attone for Libya’s 1988 plot that bombed Pam-Am Flight 103 out of the sky over Scotland, and/or for their part in the 1985 hijacking of the cruise ship Achille Lauro.  (After proof of Libyan involvement in that hijacking, President Reagan sent US Navy fighters across the so-called “line of death”, and they bombed Qaddafi’s desert camp.  One of his daughter’s died in the raid, but he did not.  No such raid took place under Bush-1 in punishment for the Flight 103 bombing.)

By continuing the war in Iraq, but then withdrawing our troops in time for a major Muslim holiday, and by campaigning for a troop withdrawal in Afghanistan, but then increasing the troop strength and combat missions there, and by reducing our support for ally Israel, while increasing support for terrorist organizations that border Israel, and then sending our troops on an unjustified and un-Constitutional combat mission to oust Qaddafi from Libya (and thus helping the Muslim Brotherhood to take control of North Africa), the current occupier of the Oval Office has not only committed treason, but he has also pissed on the graves of every American warrior that ever served in the Middle East.

So, why is he still there??  He belongs in the brig, awaiting trial for treason, instead of playing golf and shell games.
